Meet the new Automated Communication Timeline!

ShootAssist has been able to automate Client Emails and Buyer SMS messages for a little while now, but the display of those communications and their timeline has been segmented. This has made it difficult to really understand the timeline of communication events around a Job's date. But, not any more.

The new timeline will display Client emails and Buyer messages in one view and will segment things into the communication that happens before, on and after picture day. This also opens the door for adding new communication types which I've used as an opportunity to introduce Internal Alerts.

Internal alerts work exactly like Client emails in how they're sent automatically using merge tokens. But, they'll send to your studio's email address instead of to the Client. These should be quite useful for reminders, notifications etc and, I hope to add more communication types in the future.
