Feature requests

Having the website be mobile friendly or an app would be great. We have tried to use the website to look up a location or contact but can only see half the screen on our phone and it won't scroll, so we can't access the information when on the road.

It would be helpful if you could send agreements/contracts to clients and have them e-sign them.

It would be great to have a gear list print out much like the cover sheet prints out. I would think it would be setup with default items based on the type of job or better yet a new "shoot type" setting within the job. EX: Green Screen, Extraction, Natural background, Outside, Inside, ect..... Would also be nice to be able to add or subtract items easily on a per job basis.

Sometimes I'd like to be able to change an email template for one school. It would be awesome if I could open the email and edit it before sending.

I'm hella bad at following up on leads and would like a way for me to send over a form to capture the client info when they book us for the first job.

This would allow some accountability for who within a company has made changes to a particular job, template, email etc.

Often when we send emails such as Data Request, the email needs to be sent to a team that consists of 3 - 4 individuals that would receive the request. It would be a great feature to be able to send automatic emails to more than 2 individuals associated with that school.

It would be great if the Workflow Header was able to Freeze and stay at the top of the screen. I have 30 schools and when I check off a task, I have to scroll back up to the top of the screen to make sure I'm checking off the correct task.

ShootAssist could offer a new feature that allows you to track any leads you're currently selling to and where they are in your sales process. It would be easy to convert a lead to a full client account and this feature could eventually utilize ShootAssist's automated communication features to reach out to these clients on your behalf.

It would be great if there were a time tracking option for photographers. So they are able to clock in and out for their shoots. It would be beneficial for us to use one system to export hours for payroll rather than 2 that have the same information.

The ability to repeat calendar events would be a great feature.

Sometimes I want yearbook advisors and principals to be CCd on an email I'm sending in ShootAssist. It'd be nice if I could select more than one title from the list of titles when setting up an email template.

Upload the school logo - it helps with a quick look at which job/client you are looking for. Like a profile picture - but I use it for their school logo.

Wondering if there's a way to schedule Assigning a Task for a later date? I don't want to bog down employees task list for tasks that aren't ready yet, but have a set day that they will be ready? For example, "Print Orders" could be set to "assign the task" for a week out or so (specific date would be preferred, not always a week out). Could maybe have an "Assign Now" or "Set Date to Assign" as options as some tasks can be assigned immediately.

A total number of cameras per day on the calendar view would be great!
